At Tafita-Ribhi Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality automated digital tools. Because our products are digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have established the following refund policy in compliance with our payment partner, Paddle.

Tafita-Ribhi Digital provides automated tools (language learning and AI utilities). Refunds are generally processed for technical issues or in accordance with the specific conditions below. As our services are 100% automated, delivery is considered immediate.

If an automated tool provided by Tafita-Ribhi Digital fails to perform as described due to a technical error on our side, we will first attempt to fix the issue. If the issue persists, a full or partial refund may be granted.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns for Tafita-Ribhi Digital.
